Anonymous car

Hey guys,

So I moved about a month ago to a different state to see my mom before joining the military(long story) and when we got here my girlfriend noticed a car parked near my mom's apartment, the car has no license plate on the back and an anonymous plate in the front, there is a large sticker/decal on the back windshield that says "We are anonymous, we are the 99%". A disobey sticker and don't tread on me sticker. There is a bunch of stuff on the inside, like engine parts in the passenger seat and two anonymous masks in the back seat along with a few large boxes and a jack. Now I haven't seen this car move since we got here, and I asked my sister, her husband, and my Mom they all haven't seen the car nor knows who it belongs to. So my question is, wat do?
