Help me clear out something

Today my friend told me that one of his best mates took this picture together with his dad because they had the same car and wanted a picture of the cars lights.

The guy who took the picture showed the picture to his gf who noted something pretty weird. on the left there is what seems to be a guy with a very weird body shape, standing with what looks like to knives. imo when you zoom it dosen't really look like a normal human.

please occultists help me clear this shiet out, kinda freaks me out. and btw the guy had no clue about this freak in his picture and it was as i wrote his girlfriend who noted it.
