I need some help on this. Normally I dont believe in stuff like this but I try to have an open mind so one day I found out about this and gave it a go.

I layed down in position and after a while I felt this vibration, heartrate went up hard and then it felt like I had weights attached to my body. After a while I gave up and went to sleep

Next morning I went on the internet and holy shit the vibration thing is actually a real thing. But were the other 2 factors related to this? Does anyone have suggestions on how to pass this 'vibration' phase?
