A few things that jump out at me:

Majority of planets on the eastern half of the chart (the directions are reversed), meaning you are an independent person. Also the majority of the planets are on the southern half of the chart, suggesting you are very outgoing. But note that there could be contradicting factors in your chart; the most emphasized theme typically wins out, but certain planets are more influential than others.


Your Ascendant is in Aquarius, so your chart ruler (most important planet in a chart) is Uranus and your co-ruler is Saturn. On the surface you appear to be an Aquarius (you can just Google what those personality traits are).
