no, the closest you get is the Nordic alien types - which are basically "white people in space" but most white folk from Earth don't have telepathy, healing abilities and tech capable of inter-dimensional travel like the Nordics.. funnily enough there's no sign of dark-skinned "space brothers" yet.. If we believe that we were seeded by intelligent life from beings not of Earth then we are all aliens. We essentially know the universe has infinite possibilities for life now. I hope we can expect a rainbow of colors.

Physical bodies are simply a shell. Sentient beings are defined by their thoughts, actions and emotions and they take on many colors and races in their existence like wearing costumes in a play.
