How much would board quality improve if you guys got more/better sleep? Is drugs and diet a factor? Perhaps that needs to be changed
Being spooped makes sleeping harder
>>19478271
You poor baby
>>19478256
the crazy space weather is certainly not helping
>>19478256
Go to sleep spook.
>>19478256
I agree, this people have all sleep issues, for a number of reasons.
But remember that you can only have the sleep of the just, if you have been just.
/pol/ is doint it.
>>19478843
/pol/ please.
>>19478256
Because most of the people who post on here are irresponsible NEETs and high schoolers. Probably ADHD too.
I've actually been training myself to sleep better and faster since I didn't understand how people I've dated could fall asleep so quickly and effortlessly. I realized I've just let my brain be all over the place my entire life. That's why it pays to have a strict sleeping schedule. Lucid dreaming has also been giving me incentive.
>>19478830
>sleep of the just, if you have been just
what does that even mean, literally everybody sleeps
>>19478875
He means it's easy to sleep when you've never had to make hard choices.
It's real easy to talk about 'just' from atop some ivory tower.
>>19478256
I don't sleep but two hours at a stretch. Also, I have fully lucid, recurring scenarios in my dream. It's like real life. When a I go back, it's changed slightly. Like time progresses.
I think it's something that exists. Like the walled city.

Literally?
lit·er·al·ly
adverb
in a literal manner or sense; exactly.
"the driver took it literally when asked to go straight across the traffic circle"
informal
used for emphasis or to express strong feeling while not being literally true.
"I have received literally thousands of letters"
>>19478912
>literally the one time literally gets used correctly
>some faggot decides to go dictionary on it
>>19478912
It's just a broad overstatement. Everybody breathes. Not everyone sleeps, properly. Also, the post answered this.
Your mad. Get fucked junior. It might help.
>>19478937
Not everyone breaths properly, either.
>>19478919
Literally? Back to class.
How new are you? Kek.
>>19478952
So there are people that don't sleep at all?
Am I on /pol/?
What is this pilpul bullshit?
>>19478912
he's using the term correctly because every person in the world does, quite literally, sleep
the fact you took time to write it out as if it proves a point instead of addressing the main message means you're a fag with your head up your ass though
>>19478944
Someone isn't getting enough oxygen to their brain. Agreed.
>>19478800
space weather? care to elaborate? What effects would space weather have?
The fact that you care so much, makes me think I'm arguing with some dumbass kids. B8 worked.
All I did was define the most over used millennial word. The one that's like nails on a chalk board for every academic I know. And you flipped out. Millennial.
>>19478896
are those some sweet titties behind his head? I'd be chilling s hard at this damn tiki, its not even funny anymore!
>>19478937
Everyone does sleep because it's a basic human function. If you think you're going 4+ days without sleep you're actually have acute blackouts that you can't remember due to sleep deprivation.
>>19478979
Autism speaks.
>>19478978
>>19478972
Who are you even arguing with at this point man?
You're just shitposting at the air.
Get ahold of yourself.
>>19478988
I will try. And yet, I'm the only one who isn't upset. Welcome to hell. You let it in.

Wow you sure got him anon! BAZINGA! Wish I could be half as cool as you. It's not like language evolves and a term's functionality belongs to the majority who use it or anything, right? He should go back to class, right anon? How will he ever recover from your burn! Who will suck your dick harder than yourself, right?
I mean, we're all here on 4chan, that's already a sign that we have social issues, often things like depression or anxiety.
Add in that we're on /x/ where a lot of people have an interest in the paranormal often because of their own confusion or experiences of things they can't explain.
Frankly, it'd be weirder if they had healthy sleeping habits.
>>19478978
>"millennial word"
>nails on a chalk board
>academic I know
get a load of this fag. I'm literally laughing out loud at you.
>>19478991
>Welcome to hell. You let it in.
you're just shitposting on a Malaysian shadowpuppet forum jeez no wonder you don't have any friends when you talk like this
what the fuck is going on in this thread?
summer fag gen z'ers grow the fuck up
no one who actively visits 4chan sleeps early.
>>19478256
When anon has trouble sleeping, /x/ has done its job. The very essence of quality in creepiness means making people scared.
>>19480000
QUADS
>>19480000
well damn
>>19478256
/x/ is a comfy board to browse at night, even though it gets even slower. I'm a night person with bad insomnia and it's nice to talk to people with similar interests. Anyone got the beds eat people /x/-tan image? Was going to post with that but can't find mine.
I've found that limiting my time sleeping to 7, absolutely no more than 8, has a great effect on my mood and quality of sleep. No cheating.
>>19478871
>dating
Get a load of this fucking normie
>>19478256
>Is drugs and diet a factor?
>there are many factors
>sometimes the ole brain just won't shut down
>a busy mind does not like sleep
>my wife tells me, "You can sleep when ur dead"
