I have no interest in going full "no fap", but I will say that after testing my limits on this, I've concluded a bit of restraint is healthy. Nutting off everyday seems to unavoidably produce subtly deranged states of mind over time. Reveling in prolonged sexual frustration isn't much better, although the derangement is admittedly of a more interesting variety.
