Yeah, there are some interesting occult books. I'm still working my way through just... so many I have to work through. Some of the old grimoires are fascinating but I don't suppose they're all that useful. Outdated science mostly.

wilson is an excellent author, i would definitely recommend OP. "Sex, Drugs, and Magick" and "Promethius Rising" are two other really great ones by him

I loved the Cosmic Trigger books and Prometheus Rising but just couldn't get into The Illuminatus Trilogy, but it was a long time ago. Since I've read those others is it really worth giving TIT another try?
