Any wiccans here? How can I learn your mage arts?

No, there are none here (hopefully), because most regular /x/philes no much better about Wicca and its magik systems and practice. Gerald Gardner was good at one thing, borrowing from other English occult societies like Crowley's AA or Mather's Golden Dawn. From Gardner's surviving 'Book of Shadows' you see how he went about incorporating a lot from other systems, then rewording it to 'brand' it to Wicca. Post Gardner Book of Shadows from those who have tried to rebrand Wicca to their liking have more so been new age tier garbage than grimoires of any merit.
wiccan witches are the best bitches

Buckland and Cunningham are my author suggestions for Babby's Intro 2 Wicca. Make sure you look at Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs, it's still useful even once you grow out of Wicca.
