This is easily explained by her talking and slower shutter speed on the camera. There's several photos demonstrating this effect where a camera is sitting perpendicular on a mirror, and someone blinks during the time the photo is captured. Since the image gets exposed left to right, in some of these pictures the reflection will have the eyes open and the real person will not. Spooky, but not paranormal.

To all the retards and people who think this is paranormal I'm going to explain it to you.
Digital cameras do not take full exposures, but "roll" from top to bottom. This is known as a rolling shutter.
The problem with rolling shutters is that they are heavily affect by and form of time delay and many digital cameras suffer distortions as a result
As the shutter rolls from top to bottom, time displacement means the object being photographed maybe have moved slightly before the roll is complete.
This image is a result of a rolling shutter distortion (as seen that the reflection I see below and Hilary is above and they have a slight difference in what we should see)
So there's you all go. Nothing paranormal, nothing involving reflections or light refractions.
