Yes. Spend 5-6 hours per day fantasising about a different world. Talk out loud to its inhabitants, act out scenes, when you're eating food, imagine the strange taste. When you're drinking water, imagine the little ice crystals that scratch your tongue. Close your eyes on the bus, and imagine what speeds past you on your journey. Who is that sitting there with you? Where does she work? What is she thinking about?

5-6 years and you can visit the alternate reality whenever you want. I find that writing fiction also helps, as well as acting out the same scene over and over. I also routinely act out my arrival in the alternate reality, as it seems to strengthen the connection.

That's what was done on /pol/ to get Trump elected. They kept shifting timelines into ones where they got the results they wanted. Unfortunately after winning the left started to get wise and infiltrated and destroyed their ability to effectively cultivate "meme magic" a real force that was given an intentionally silly name so their enemies wouldn't take it seriously until it was too late
