Please make sure you read everything I say thoroughly. These hybrids are not from breeding. They are born humans and are still mostly human. Vlash essence is just very strong. I've actually never even heard of their eyes looking like the way you describe them, only that they shine in the night (which I would imagine is actually reflecting light like some animals do, but now that I think about it those animals usually have slitted eyes.)

These visions MIGHT be your subconscious soul trying to tell you something about these people. They are not necessarily "reptilians" or "demons" but possibly just under some dark influence. This is the concept of omens. The are minor hallucinations to make you notice (spiritual) things that would otherwise be ignored.

I would make a list of these "slit eyed" people and then try to see what traits they have in common with each other and how they differ (if at all) from "normal eyed" people.

Drug addicts, violent criminals, convicted felons, etc. I also have suspicions toward pretty much all black and hispanic people, they just give me a bad feeling, except in cases where they're normal people. It's like I immediately know which ones are decent folk and which ones are just savage animals in human form, I can tell from a distance and even if they aren't facing me, as if it's an aura they have or something. I don't want to sound racist so I'll add these disclaimers: I see plenty of white people with these shit auras and snake eyes, but the majority of black and brown people have it because this is just a shitty area (likely beyond what most of you are used to). When I go to other areas I don't see snake eyes or feel uncomfortable around people, it's only when I'm in this area which is notorious for violent crime and hard drug use.
