Just meditate. Notice that everything in life, no what experience you can have, is transient. It is always subject to change, so it can never give you the fulfillment or final satisfaction you seek.

So rather than clinging to experiences, sit in meditation. Watch your experience change. Watch thoughts rise and fall. Watch everything come and go. What's left? What never changes? Find out by meditating.
