Hey there, I see a lot of talk about OOBE's here on this board, I was wondering if there is any credibility to this phenomenon or maybe even methods for me to try myself? I'm a more cynical type of guy, give your best evidence and convince me
Out of body experiences are a little complicated, they're not something you achieve through normal mean, it's either from meditation, a very certain way to sleep while having your soul still be awake, or using an I-Doser to help you get one naturally. The process as long and complicated most of the time, requires a lot of practice, preparations, and mental fortitude, and it's too long to explain.
I suggest you look up some of the methods to achieve this beautiful things yourself. Just be careful.

/x/tards would rather larp and believe in gnomes and vampires but a man named Robert Monroe was a pioneer in the field and made an institute dedicated to the study in Virginia. My best advice is that you order "Journeys Out of the Body" by him and start from there. OoBEs are one of the only things discussed on /x/ that are completely real. If you have sleep paralysis, try lifting out of your body as if you were peeling yourself like a banana. However, there are several methods for getting out of the body. Just use google and/or youtube to find these out. No, it's not dangerous, and to my knowledge, you can "snap back" into your body instantly and I've never heard of anyone getting stuck. Monroe also experimented with binaural beats, which you may be able to find a download for or watch on youtube. This usually helps. Unfortunately I haven't been able to project in years and it makes me very depressed. Feel free to ask me anything.
