Starting sometime a few months back somewhat odd occurrences started happening. Any idea what it is?
Here's some misc info if you got any better guesses.
Every now and then i'd wake up with a bite mark on one of my arms. Always two small holes slightly larger than what a sewing needle would make about half an inch apart, no other teeth marks. Definitely not a spider bite as I live in Ohio, only spider big enough for a bite like that would be a wolf spider. But those are somewhat venomous and leave nasty rashes and welts, while my bites are always clean and never hurt.
Every now and then I can feel something touch me. It's always a light touch but whatever is doing it clearly has a bit of weight to it, like if a cat poked you.
Whatever it is, it doesn't really mess with anything or cause any trouble. There are the random bites but those aren't bothersome. So I don't think it's evil.
I collect random trinkets I find in the woods. Stuff like odd coins, animal bones, keys, jewelry, etc. If it's a ghost of some kind that's probably how it got into my house.
Sometimes I see something moving in the shadows close to the floor when it's dark, hard to make out and always gone before I can shine a light at it. I do have a mouse problem though and often see them at night though.
So, any ideas what my mysterious bitey friend is? My best guesses are either snake ghost or boggart.
Probably some woodland spirit.
Take a closer look at those animal bones. If anyone of them match the size and shape of what's chomping you then you have a mildly upset ghost squirrel, or a really pissed off and harmless ghost critter.
Have a local witch look at your bones and she could probably do some easy sympathy to check for lingering souls. The safest and cheapest way is to bury those bones out in the woods. If you bury it on your property and be respectful you might get a protective spirit guarding your home. Might.

I've got no exact matches for bones to general teeth placement. Closest I have is an old talisman made from snake vertebrae that's supposed to prevent snake bites, which would be a bit ironic if it was the cause. However I've owned it longer than this has been happening.
I will still seek out a witch to evaluate my treasure stash. Though I have no idea how to locate someone who can do such.

I'd rather live with the spook the rest of my life than deal with that.
