I was wondering on something that might seem like stupid.

In magic there are sort of "spells" that are buffs on a magic level.
I was wondering if I can make a spell that would work like triggering a super saiyan based on Dragon Ball. Since it would be more possible to have it be a spell that has an effect on actions rather on just visual effect that it has fame for.
It would be a spell that you would realise that it worked "yes I am different now and I am stronger/faster/superhuman like I was never before" rather then "my hair is different so it means I am super saiyan".

The picture is kinda related because I believe it might have something to do what I want to achieve? I don't know much about magic so I was asking for help with this.

I was wondering on the part that some fantasy elements could trigger real elements on the self. With a stupid example of how the color Black could induce true fear to an individual, the black itself has nothing to do with the experience of true fear, but the individual could for some reason trigger same effect of true fear like looking directly at the abyss.

Imagine an other example, imagine that there is a "spell" that makes you walk on water. A popular media show inspiration could help the self to find the true path for the real "spell".
It can be something less of a fantasy like a song that for some reason makes you (self) awaken a chakra, its like the song was that spell.
