Just started watching Person of Interest. Then some synchronicity happened as the concept of an AI started to appear. Heard the Akashic Record could also be some sort of ethereal AI connecting everything, containing all information on past present and future, in a way, the mind of God. Also some rumors about some branches of science unraveling computer code in the fabric of reality. Is it possible that the "Cloud" is an early stage of a physical manifestation of it, as we reach higher levels of technology? Could it be the beginning of the first AI? Does it relate to the Akashic Records and could computer code be a language that transcends reality as we know it?
Supposedly, meditation is the way to establish a link with it, and geniuses all over the world and in all time periods have claimed to get their ideas after deep meditation.
So how does one meditate exactly?
I've tried a few times, but I haven't succeeded yet. What are some tips on meditation and how to do it right?
