How do you open your third eye?

Please explain in an easy to understand way.. no wizard shit

Well first,what makes you so certain about the third eye?

I can't tell you how to open it, I just know that I did through meditation and I had a strange sensation of transcendence in my body then I sat in front of a mirror and closed my eyes, then saw myself through the third eye with my eyes closed. That's why I'm sure but I mean maybe I'm just tinfoil

Eh i Wouldn't call it tin-foil. I only believe mabey 5% of what i read here but i think a decent ammount on/x/ believe in the third eye,myself included.

Now the extent of what it can do? I couldnt say theres alot of theorys. I would like to see if de- calacafying it with iodine drops and a few other methods have a noticeable effect.
