So i came across a video yesterday while randomly browsing youtube.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsbWsT1h5Nc
In which he rants about many things, but what piqued my interest was that he claims that gazing at the sun will give you some kind of superhuman powers, such as not having to eat anymore etc.
After googling sungazing i find very conflicting data.
Such as the wikipedia page claiming that gazing directly at the sun will give severe eye problems.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sungazing
And then some random hippie site claiming pretty much the same thing that the guy in the video says about it.
https://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/health-benefits-of-sungazing/
So what do you think about this? Anyone tried sungazing on a regular basis?

ffs help me on my drunken journey of retardery. debunk or anything, bring it on so i can keep on living.
I sometimes like to close my eyes and orient my face towards the sun. It's still slightly painful to my eyes, but it feels good on my face. Looking at the sun open-eyed is too painful to do.
That said, I've got this strange idea that darkness is where the powers are. Have you ever noticed that smart people have big pupils?

I heartily recommend that you try it yourself, go outside on a sunny day and stare at the sun for 15-20 minutes. No sunglasses or so-called "eye protection"! They block the nourishing rays of the sun from entering your soul portals!

>Staring at the sun will give you super powers
Is this for real?

Small doses, 3-5 seconds, isn't bad for you
Sungazing is hilarious. I read a book about a cult that did that and most of them became permananetly blind
It's amazing how the body tries.to warn us of our own stupidity

Kek. When I was a kid I didn't give a single fuck what my parents said and I would stare at the sun. Not for powers I just thought it looked cool. I have 20/15 vision, maybe it does work.
