Needs to be more lively but I always feel like I'm not participating as much as I could, either.

There will always be a reason to post for me. But sometimes it's nice to engage in a faster-paced discussion, or discuss something that might not warrant an entire thread.

Discord is pure cancer to 4chan. But I guess kids need their secret clubs and 4chan lost this appeal long ago.
That said, /x/ is in such an awful state, it might actually be worth a try.

I would agree with this. 4chan is getting pretty "mainstream" as they say.
