Reminds me a little of Basket Case (3 i think?). Not aliens though, just mutants. One of them gives birth, there's some scenes on a bus, I believe on the beginning they may be hiding in a farm, they are always hiding/running from humans. But the birth scene is inclined to comedy (most of the movie is).

hey does anyone remember an alium movie, it was maybe part of a tv series actually...it was set in some american town.
