How could someone be
a. Relatively competent enough to go through Da Vinci's pictures and manipulate them with software and write reasonably intelligent and thoughtful explanations in the beginning of the video about what they're doing
and
b. Dumb enough to believe da Vinci was encoding information about alien civilizations in his paintings
