The reason I say to do the experiment is so it serves as proof of a natural phenomenon. Language is indeed mysterious.

Bad lip reading. Like the videos. It's a joke now so it would be brushed over in modern society. But it's the same concept. Conversations could be had in complete secrecy on top of any conversation that really could run pointlessly with couples of people who share the same knowledge of this.
