Can I get a quick rundown on Kundalini Chakra activation? It seems like the OPPOSITE of what I do to connect with my higher self, and funnel Source energy into the earth for personal (and planetary) ascension.

In fact, I can say that if I wasn't channeling a Source beam from my Crown Chakra down ALL 7 Chakras and then INTO THE EARTH, I probably wouldn't even bother to activate anything below the Heart Chakra.
