Not if they stay out of sight. Isolated tribes in africa are still undiscovered, and the ones that are only see a helicopter maybe once a few years.

Also, we as a pre-FTL species has developed pretty darn good camouflage, and working on a actual cloaking device. If aliens didnt want to be seen, they wont be seen.

I am not saying aliens did the pyramids or some shit, but they are most likely out there, and just cause we havent seen them, doesnt mean they arent real.
