Disregard Buddhism. Acquire solitude. Remove yourself from as much outside influence for a set duration of time and learn what aspects constitute yourself. Once found, hold on to them and don't go against them for anything.

The whole "avoiding desire" thing is one way to go about this. And sure, there will be a lot of needless added desire from being alive, but the whole curbing desire thing is a very Eastern philosophy which may not be compatible with you as a person, depending on your background and upbringing.

I had a laps into hatred towards Putin after reading how he keeps assassinating all his political rivals. It was a deep hatred, I felt that maybe the only way to stop him is to go vigilante on that. I ended up encountering him in a dream, and I was so scared of him, and I tried calling for god, but no god came to me to save me. I felt like my hatred how drawn me into a conflict with forces that do not concern my being. I woke up later, and was depressed a few days. What I found was that my anger and hatred was unresolved issues in my own life. I was wanting to see an enemy in order to somehow release those feelings in what I thought would be a righteous way. I found that there is no righteous way to destroy others, all souls good and bad come forth from god.

What seems to work is when I find peace working towards my own spiritual well being. I go through stages and cycles being partially bipolar. This morning I woke with no feeling like my heart was completely closed, so I spent some time bringing the feelings and lacks of feelings into focus. Eventually I reached a better understanding of the causes of my state of being, and I was able to acknowledge them and heal some of them. I found my mind reconnecting with my body, clasping my hands in front of me to reaffirm the unity of my mind and body within itself. I ended up asking for some help from the spiritual realms, and a being of unknown origin appeared. It was a very cute nonhuman creature with loving eyes and compassionate soul. I heard them tell me, that beings like it were masterful emotional healers. I laid for a while in the sun, then I was able to see my heart and soul open enough for my astral body to appear and give me a greater love and appreciation for my life and experiences.

There is no sure way to march forwards in grace 100% unless you are like Christ. The best humans can do is having intentions for good and purity, and the humility to let go and grow beyond our limited mental states.

I have encountered hillary quite a few times myself. Once, she was a nice lady and cleaned my bathroom being of service to others. Another time, she was in league with the Orion entities. I have had Russia dreams as well, the astral environment there seemed to be ruling over others with fear. They were scared of America and its nukes. For some reason, I was immune to their fear mongering, I believe it was due to my wishes towards helping others. It was like I could see the illusory nature of the reality that the soul was crafting for its own enslavement, and since I was wishing to be of service I wasn't ensnared in its clutches.

I never felt that Putin was a 'good guy' but I have felt he is perhaps the strong leader Russia wants. He uses intimidation and assassination to hold onto power, utilizing power over others with himself at the top of the pyramid. This is the energy of elevating the ego self to godlike status. It very well could be misplaced. I find myself easily confused when trying to find some side to support in this game, they all seem pretty bad for varying reasons. I have faced plenty of dark technology here in the astral plane of the USA. I saw some kind of red laser holographic emitter that tried to put a ring around my energy body and control what world I was seeing.
