What do you know about the curse of Thorn? Is it real?

It's the worst of the Halloween sequels despite having Paul Rudd in it.

I always liked it. I would place it above pt. 2 and possibly pt. 5. It's one film where the theatrical cut is better than the director's cut, mostly because the theatrical cut excluded most of the "thorn curse" stuff, which is obviously retarded. Michael's mask had also never looked better.

Huh... I started reading about runes less than a week ago, just last night I drew that same rune (Thorn) on a piece of paper, thought about some changes I wanted in my life and burned it. I didn't knew about this "curse" at all.

It's a rune of opposition, destruction, and war. It can be a vessel for change, but it might knock you on your ass in the process.
Well, I don't know about any curse, but here's what my resource says about Thurisaz.
>Reactive force, directed force of destruction and defense, conflict. Instinctual will, vital eroticism, regenerative catalyst. A tendency toward change. Catharsis, purging, cleansing fire. Male sexuality, fertilization.

When it comes to Thurisaz, a good rule of thumb is to remember it is also sometimes seen as the rune of Thor, hence the name. By that notion, a lot of the aspects of the thunder god as depicted in the mythology can be linked to it.
