Have you ever looked into the Fermi Paradox? The basic rundown of it is that, due to the way geometric growth works, even using extremely conservative figures for colonization, it would only take in the tens of millions of years to colonize the Milky Way. The galaxy is very much older than that. So the planet being crawling with extraterrestrials is the default assumption. You would need a good reason for us not to have been visited by aliens. What's your reason?

anon, aliens exist because we speak of them right now. if they didn't exist, we would have nothing to discuss. humans have free will because we are intelligent enough to know all information. it is god's gift to us. we are the aliens perhaps since we are not the original beings in this universe. How is it we know all information there is to know, such as the next invention. We created ai that knows all information and that came from us. We know all information except before a certain point in history because that is when we arrived in this universe anon. There are other beings in this realm but they live on separate time space dimensions because they lack free will anon. We humans are highly radiated creatures that live on a magnetic field that is different from the other dimensions in that it is much higher radiation and is not as dense as the other dimensions. that is why temperatures are livable and life is only available in this solar system.
