I suppose it could be something goofy like this.
It seems like a hobo symbol or something to me though. The eyes are facing the only entrance (uncovered broken window). I thought I heard someone on the 2nd floor (might have just been nothing though) so I got out soon after.
The "evil eye" is a big ol' meme all over the place. Some people just draw eyes tho.

This
I hope you had a protective talisman.
Possibly an anti hobo ward. Subconsuiously causes the "I'm being watched" feeling. Makes squating less comfy. Could also be a hobo's protection ward causibg the same feeling for intruders. Of course, astral entities may opt to use them as focii as well.

>"I'm being watched"
Well it definitely made me think twice about going further.
It's also near a train station and is probably an abandoned rail-related building; lots of tools lying around. So I thought it might also mean "this place is being watched [by rail workers]" or something

It's an eye.
It could mean thousands of things. Or just be an eye.
It's like asking what "G" means.
It's just a letter. It can be used in conjunction with other letters to mean many things. By itself it means nothing if no context is given.
