it's true that there are less sightings though patterns of reports over the last hundred years or more indicate aylium tech does evolve and they would be aware that most people carry these devices now

Pb because they realized we're angry space apes who either lay waste or abuse to any new thing they discover and have a slight understanding of it and if we even knew of there existence we could discover all there space travel shit and become big-ass problem.
