Not exactly lycantrophy but does anyone else has any stories regarding people that is more feral than the average human? humans that are considered somewhat beastly, and I wouldnt say its the paranormal or the occult, more so its body chemistry or atavism?

There's a disorder, if you could call it that where people legitimately believe that they're werewolves and are clinically diagnosed with lycanthrope. There was a pretty popular case of it which involved a German man killing and eating another man because of it or something.
Something else would be feral children. Basically children that were raised by animals. None are really able to be rehabilitated to a regular person and end up in half way homes.
A girl named Genie would be the most popular one. Also it's speculated that Remus and Romulus were also feral children.
