Are they real /x/? I seem to have stumbled upon a channel that posts many of these types of videos and they seem somewhat legitimate, at least according to the comment section. Have any of you ever experienced any changes from this phenomenon?

I had a popular channel on youtube were I made subliminals for abilities to see whether or not they actually worked. Out of tens of thousands of people came across, Not one single fucking person proved to me they worked.

Trust me, You are not onto something and youve haven't stumbled across shit. I reccomend you look deeper ancient yogic and shamanistic practices for strengthening the mind instead
