I think I read something written by an O.T.O. guy once. The article, chapter or whatever it was was called "The Eucharist" and it was all about how chill it is to eat your own cum. Not trying to be judgmental, rude or dismissive, but I think a lot of these organizations are sex rituals with some autistic dressing.
