Today at work, I was using the restroom and I got really bad double vision, labored breathing, and felt like I was about to pass out. It passed quickly and I was worried but didn't think too much about it. It never happened before and I was normal afterward. Just a few minutes ago I woke up to a shadow person standing over me. Do you think i should go to my doctor? It could be neurological, a hallucination in connection to what happened at work, but I'm worried a spiritual entity has invaded my body.

Then like the anon above said, anxiety. Stress can make the mind glitch the fuck out. If it starts affecting your life, talk to a doctor for nerve pills. Even setting aside time to walk amongst nature, or read a book in the park, get some sunshine; all those help before going the drug route.

Anxiety, if it were posession you proably would notice it by other symptoms, like for example an inability to feel your own inner sense (you know, the feeling you have for things, feeling yourself and so on) or inability to feel pleasures of life coupled with other factors.
