Make sure you have fertile eggs, inject fresh sperm on the egg with a syringe but do it carefully to not damage the yellow part forgot it's name.
Keep it at a warm place for a few days, haven't got the timing right but some say a week is more than enough. Look up for DIY incubators for chickens. Break the egg very carefully as well and keep the thing in water.

Watch some videos, there's plenty of people who did it but quality of eggs, sperm, time and all procedures may ruin everything. I've done it a few times and mostly only 'dead' blobs came out.

Beware of the smell though, one I've made smelled much worse than rotten eggs.
