So it was a usual night when going to sleep but i decided (for no good reason) not move at all and see what happened. As the time went by i got a lot of urges to move but when i got over these urges something weird happened. I suddenly couldn't feel my body or something like that (it felt really weird) and i could hear my heartbeat as loud as someone hitting a wall with a big hammer. But then i started seeing something. Like some stars on a black background. I tried to see what would happen next but after 3 seconds my eyes just opened really fast. (it was hard to keep my eyes closed). So what do you think? Sleep paralysis? (pic kinda related. stars were all white and there were less of them)

NICE OP FAGGOT IM JUST WRITING CAPS SO SOMEONE ACTUALLY READS THIS XD. Honestly I wanted to post about the same experience to, me and you probably known about all the sleep paralysis astral body bs and lucid dreaming so same thing happened to me exactly, just I thought i t wasn't worthy enough to start a thread for unlike you :p also because I knew it was me ending it like you did because i was a pussy to experince lucid dreaming because i felt uneasy as i went through with it and stopped xd.
