So on my birthday (July 31st) I got a phone call at 3:20am.
I was out drinking with friends at the time so I didn't answer the phone, what struck me as odd was phone number.
(780)-666-4696
Obviously the 666 stood out to me, as it would to anyone but I kinda just laughed about it. I was with some friends when I discovered the call and they joked that it was Satan, hence the 666. Perhaps a telemarketer? But why would a local business call me at 3 in the morning?
I called it, expecting it to be a wrong number but the message I received upon calling had me pretty shook.
It's an automated machine, a woman's voice. And it says:
>Thanks for the call, configure your number voice to configure L this message
Pause
>Let us know if there is any way we can help during your development
Disconnects.
Any ideas? Give it a call. See for yourself.

What does that mean? How do I configure my voice URL?

Not sure. Looking into it.

Perhaps one of your friends was messing with you. You can spoof numbers to make it seem like a call is coming from any number. You can do this with Prank Owl.
Dude it's just a switchboard number. Calls from telemarketers, proxy services (uber driver calls), etc could all be routed through a number like this.
