I've noticed no such thing.

What I have noticed is that conspiracy theorists have no understanding of copyright law, and love to add edgy sounding popular music, and movie clips, to their videos because they think it makes their argument better. And that's usually why videos get taken down.

That's exactly what it is, though, and happens not only to conspiracy channels, but also to let's players, movie reviewers, etc. To give you an example: the Cinemassacre YouTube channel, the brainchild of one James Rolfe, used to regularly go down because of movie clips used in their movie reviews. Now they use stills from movies and the channel wasn't shut down ever since.

A pro-tip from a fellow conspiracy theorist: don't let paranoia devour your critical thinking.

This is how it works: Millions of videos have stolen content as background images or as background music, nobody cares. UNTIL someone complains THEN it can be used as a legitimate (legal) excuse to remove it.

I bet that YouTube just automatically takes down EVERY video that gets a properly worded (legal) complaint, and then it just gets uploaded again by the author later.

I would look into which groups are using the "copyright volition" reporting mechanisms to censor and harass which subjects.
