not sure what i think of astrology in general though, still figuring that out

you read it all the same, but you can get a chart that's sidereal and whole sign on astro.com

it's sort of like a novel version whereas tropical comes off as a movie version of a chart, some things that are contradictions in a tropical chart flow perfectly in sidereal and it just generally reads easier

can't see why a job like that would contradict being that way with women, the two don't go hand in hand, but i guess people expect weird shit from people they have an idea of

i learned just looking different parts up and slowly figuring out how to build a picture, charts are basically just maps you learn the key and you can read them afterwards

it's supposed to mean that at your core you have sag traits, and that you also exhibit them on an emotional level and have those emotional needs

your sun sign is supposed to be your core self, your moon signs are your emotions

so you'd be more sag than someone who has a different moon or sun sign

i'm a leo with a pisces moon, so my core self is supposed to be leo, but on an emotional level and the way i relate to others there's pisces

i prefer sidereal with whole sign houses, there's more depth and accuracy to it from what i've noticed

it's different than buzzfeed shit, charts are highly detailed and each detail means something and paints a picture

it shapes a picture of life and a person's personality too, and the more you learn the more detailed it gets

i was with a witch for a while, and she was deeply into astrology and i learned some of it from her

she opened my eyes to a lot of occult shit, and when i couldn't think of a direction to go in (since i haven't spoken to her in years) i just started learning the things she was into and trying to find out what she knows

there's a long story there, but either way i can't place how i feel about astrology but the more charts i read and the more i learn the more curious i find it personally

at the very least it's an extremely intriguing parlor trick

no problem, i haven't read any books on it

i would just get high and/or drunk and google things and read a little until i got bored every so often then when i was done with my chart i did the same with others

once you start getting the idea of what each thing means you can kind of guess just by looking without having to look back

it's like reading a map, you got a key and once you understand that you can look at other maps and see how to read those too

i've never read anything about alchemy, i'm curious about it for reasons (part of the long story), but i have a hard time really putting effort into that kind of thing lately

this chart makes you a little more blunt with more of a need for attention, but the aspect parts of what i read stay the same

and your ascendant would still explain some of the detachment since capricorn can have a hard time relating to people, but you're also serious and hardworking and still like stability

As far as that chart, accurate still. I did reasonable in school, I'd say I'm intelligent but I often acted out, and had emotional issues, both resulting in slips in my grades. Never studied once in my life. Speech impediment, eh. Not so much an impediment, I talk very quickly when I'm excited or nervous. I'm very excitable in general, get me going in any subject of interest and I'll sometimes stop making sense to most people. I just sort of expect people to know what I'm talking about.

what's the writing style like? i have a hard time getting through things when i don't like the writing style

easier if they're audio books, but i have to do something while i listen or i can't pay attention

i've been reading//listening to a few books on and off that i need to finish at this point though (hopscotch, meditations, 2 books on guerilla warfare and so on) and i promised my gf i'd read a few other books she's been pushing on me

but i rarely actually get any reading done because i write more often (songs and stories) and prefer music (playing it mostly) or i'd rather be outside, or wasting my time on complete and total bullshit

speech impediment is one way that saturn in the 3rd house can manifest, it can also be issues with siblings, difficulty communicating, being a little reserved in communication with people (or all of the above) and so on

though in your case mercury could make you more talkative, and people not being able to follow past a certain point would be saturn (they're both in your third house)

i have a third house saturn too, except mine is there with uranus rather than mercury (i have a mercury/uranus/moon trine though)

i did both really poorly and really well in school

i got scholarships and awards, tested well, got national honors society dinner invites, gifted programs etc

anyway the third house shows the way you think and communicate, and any planets there will give a general idea (so does the sign at the start of the third house, and when you break things down even further so do any angles formed from those planets to other planets/houses)

third house can also indicate siblings, both relationships with them or the siblings themselves

there's multiple ways for certain things to manifest (think of it like a drug having multiple effects like alcohol can make people less inhibited, more creative, it can make sex more fun, but it can also make some people violent or shitty and can fuck with your memory and so on...but every time you get drunk you don't necessarily get every effect, and just like that every chart isn't going to manifest every possible meaning of a planet you can make calls if you look at it more cohesively than i did though)

third house can also represent early education (higher education, philosophy etc fall into the ninth house)

it's all thought and communication foundation pretty much

it's normally considered gemini's house, but that's getting into a lot of unnecessary detail for a quick reading and again the actual cusp matters the most

but knowing that and what gemini rules over (because again the details are easy to read if you keep in mind it's just like using a key to read a map) you can get an idea of what the house can represent without necessarily knowing about the house itself and only knowing what gemini can mean

i didn't notice which sign your third house is actually in, but i know it isn't gemini
