This is really interesting. Sounds a lot like paranoid schitzephrenia. My best friend killed himself a few months ago and about a week before he did it he came to my house( I hadnt seen him in 2 years) and he showed me his journals and there were A lot of similarities to this. The forst thing he talked about was his talking to aliens. He was sure they were aliens and not the government or mk ultra or whatever. He heard voices and thought that everyone was trying to communicate with him, he thought he had telepathic powers. He also talked about this old lady and how she molested him or at least had some weird sexual tension with him. I went to where she worked and tried to ask her about it, she was weird as shit but seemed harmless. After he died I got to read through his journals more and every problem he had he blamed on "Them". My guess is the guy isolated himself and misinterpreted his isolation as everyone being against him - and fed that thought until it developed into that psychosis.
