Distillation removes more fluoride than most commercial filter that can remove it like osmosis and ion exchange.
That said, with how much fluoridation there can be in your diet, that may get you more exposure than the water.
Mechanically deboned meat has high levels of fluoride in it, especially mechanically deboned chicken, where the bone material has been pulped and puts the bones fluoride accumulation into the meat.
A lot of teas elevated fluoride exposure.
Also, a lot of produce that is not farm to table (fuck 'organic' here, flouride in a lot of organics is higher as well) can raise exposure to. So if you do not live in a good place with to table produce available, flash frozen after picking produce may be you only real option, just check if it is indeed flash frozen not preserved and conventional frozen.
