Only if your conception of the 'universe' is more like a 'plane' of spatial existence, like midgard, or heaven, or the pure land.

For example, if our plane of existence, which you define as "universe" is a simulation, or part of a 'multiverse' : Then there are levels and bounds to the suspension of our particular 'universe' within a greater reality.

But, as the universe can be defined as 'everything', the universe that is simulated is in collective with the greater simulating reality as a singular 'everything', or the singular 'plane' is in collective with other multiverses. As the universe is everything, it contains everything.

There cannot be anything outside of everything by definition - so everything cannot be inside of anything, as there is nothing outside of everything.

If you take universe to mean a certain instance of spacetime with a certain set of physical laws, then sure there can be other universes and then we create the term Multiverse for what used to be the conception of universe. But if you take the classical definition of "the set of all past/present/future existence," then positing different instances of spacetime or alternate realities or some other way to describe it would all still be included in the word "universe." You can't have another "collection of all existence" - or more specifically "another" universe would be the exact same thing because it would again include everything.
