you can be atheist and spiritual at the same time
i view spirituality as a journey of self and a framework of how it relates to my environment. to be in tune with one's environment is to take in all it has to offer, and is necessary to achieve optimal (meaning best, not most) output back into that environment. every human should strive to be aware of what the optimal point is, know how to achieve it, and equip themselves with the mechanisms necessary to make it possible
becoming the best version of yourself is paramount, and it begins with self-exploration and openness and honesty toward the discoveries made
