Not Op. Someone claimed he found an 8mm reel in something he bought from a thrift store. It supposedly contained footage of an aborted fetus being tattooed and then worshipped in a ceremony. It also had an ID card of someone that said Chez Nelly on it.

Of what was posted, it did look like a fetus, and possibly someone tattooing it. No ceremony footage posted. I didn't look that carefully, but I thought the words "Chez Nelly" were pretty blurry.

Guy said he would return and post more later. Should look at /tv/

It was revealed to be from some art film and totally fake.
