Some guy found an 8mm recording of a fetus getting a tattoo. It turned out to be shot during an edgy photoshoot in the 70s and was possibly filmed by Kenneth Anger of all people. He clearly had a reel with the fetus film on it. The lighting is the way it is because it's a filmed 8mm editor thing screen, which emit almost no light.
