You got the colors of sahasrara and ajna mixed up. Crown chakra is violet and the third eye is indigo.

Not really. Higher chakras are usually dormant in most people. So if you try to focus on a place where you think that chakra would be, you would just be stimulating nerve channels and a few random energy channels there. It wouldn't be a chakra. What happens then is that the area will be overloaded with energy through your focus, causing damage.
There's never a process of opening just one chakra. It's always one process of activating all chakras and energy channels which takes a long time to culminate.
