Basically it started off with the MC being a new caretaker at a psychological hospital and finding out about a problem patient that has been written off by the staff. After digging around he gets permission to try and treat the patient from the doc that originally diagnosed him, but things go very wrong as the patient plays innocent and completely messes with the MC, up until the point where it comes out the patient is actually a parasitical demon feeding on the misfortune at the institution and ends up escaping because of what the MC said. Had multiple parts and I remember the demon basically following the MC through their life because he said "I will be the last person you feed off" or something like that.
