Paranormal Experiences?

After getting together with my current boyfriend 2 years ago I've been experiencing more paranormal activity than ever in my life
It started out with little things
The feeling someone was watching me when I was in bed and the feeling I was being followed
After about 2 months of this my boyfriend reviels to me that due to his native American blood he has the ability to see and hear and talk to spirits (he can also dream future events)

I didn't believe that shit at first

He got me a white candle and decided to show me that he wasn't joking, or crazy

We light up the candle and we sit around it and he had told me before hand how to go into the state of mind so I could see and hear

Well what did you know my house is full of fucking spirits

After about a minute of meditating my boyfriend said I was possessed or had a seizure or something and he held me until I calmed down

Ever since then I can see the things in my house and the worst one is Elizabeth. She follows me everywhere and watches over me when I sleep but that isn't all. I can't tell you what her face looks like but she will just stand and stare at me and bring other spirits to taunt me. I could go on for hours talking about all the paranormal shit in my house but it makes me nervous talking about it too much
