Is telekinesis possible and if so, how can I achieve it?

The theories say it requires two incredibly strong talents in wildly different fields to have any kind of noticeable effect ever. One Anon on the board claims to be able to do real telekinesis.

If someone is capable of telekinesis i'd imagine it would take a vast amount of conscious willpower or drugs to keep it up for more than a second. The sheer intensity of moving things with your mind is unfathomable. Some form of super science, magic basically.

Sean McNamara, Trevor seven, and reality files are a couple yt channels that purport to do so. The military did indeed try to weaponize it. Read about the stuff going on at ft mead.

My theory is that it might be possible

What you need to do is vibrate on the frequency of the object you're trying to move
Than project your awareness onto the objects position in it's frequency
Than move it like you're moving a new muscle, you have to unconsciously move it because your conscious mind doesn't know how.
You're conscious mind moves with knowledge, your unconscious mind moves with intuition
