Personal Haunting Assistance

Hello /x/, I've been noticing some increased paranormal activity around me recently, and I'm beginning to wonder if it is paranormal, or just some coincidences. If anyone would like to help with a word or two I would appreciate it.

Things I've Noticed:
>When trying to sleep, hear someone rustling my possessions in my room.
>I've felt watched my entire life.
>I've been obsessed with the paranormal for as long as I can recall.
>I've had a close connections with cats, and have noticed paranormal activity decreases when I am in the presence of one.
>Friends have commented on feeling a presence nearby when they're with me. (Examples; Someone sitting in the back of my car, and someone hiding in the trunk. Both of which I've experienced.)
>When I was younger I would believe that a "Shadow Monster" would occasionally come into my room and look for me, so I would hide. Saw said shadow move from under a blanket several times.
>Recently my door was slammed open moments after I woke up, feeling unsafe.
